Delivery & Collection

• All orders are insured and tracked online
• Please allow 48 hours for delivery.
• If your delivery address is a private residence, courier service will usually contact you 30 minutes prior to your delivery.
• The courier service offers the option to arrange a specific time for your delivery. There is an extra charge for this service, and you must email us directly to request this option.

Shipping Charges:

• All orders in the Republic of Ireland are charged at €6.50 per item up to 30kg
• To Northern Ireland, items are charged at €10 per item up to 30kg
• To all other areas of Europe: shipping charges vary by destination, but are calculated at checkout.
• Larger orders up to 1200kg will be charged at €55 euro per a pallet
• If you wish to collect in person, please see “Collection” below.

Drop Shipping
We are not a drop-shipping service. All goods are held in stock and available for immediate shipping upon placing your order.

Collection
If you wish to save on delivery fees, you may purchase items online but collect them in person from our collection location.

To do this:

1. Please select “Collection” during checkout. You will not be charged delivery
2. Collection is available between the hours of 8.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. Please call ahead to confirm your collection time.

Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, D8 Fitness offers a full refund, providing the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned in original condition including packaging to

D8 Fitness, Unit 3/4 Ardee Court, Dublin 8

• Please include a copy of the order confirmation and/or sales receipt.
• Return shipping is at customer expense.
