This 3.5 hour workshop will cover a step by step introductory level to Kettlebell training for a beginner or novice. This workshop can also be used to refine techniques and reinforce the basics to those who have current knowledge of kettlebell training or whether your someone who is a fitness enthusiast or some one who is looking to make the right step for a better you, then this would be for you! NO level of fitness required, just go at your own pace.</p>

<li>Variation of Kettlebell exercises, Swings, High pull, Clean + Press, Swinging Clean and Press, Snatch, Windmill, Turkish Get-up ect</li>

<p>Steve Maxwell&#8217;s Mixed Strength, Conditioning and Mobility Seminar is based on the principles of proper bio-mechanical alignment and technique for all the major pushing, pulling, squatting and low back/core exercises.</p>
<p>The primary concern is teaching candidates progressive loading using varous tools such as kettlebells, ropes, sandbags and their own bodyweight as the load. Each exercise has many modifications, so that even the person with low strength-to-weight ration and the de-conditioned can greatly benefit. Particular emphasis is placed on: wrist, elbow, shoulders and knees, the main problem areas for people using bodyweight exercises. Some subjects covered in the seminar:</p>
<p>Basic principles when working with kettlebells and various kinds of functional training tools</p>
<p>How to perform basic push-ups, pull-ups &amp; body weight squats safely</p>
<p>Wrist, elbow &amp; shoulder alignment techniques to prevent overuse injuries</p>
<p>How to balance the shoulder joints to keep them pain-free</p>
<p>Spinal &amp; core alignment for a healthy back and a stronger, more streamlined mid-section</p>
<p>Proper breathing technique, control&#8211;and why this is so important<br />

<p>The IBBC Level 1 Certification is an extensive look into everything Bulgarian Bag! You’ll learn over 50 exercises, warm ups and circuits. You’ll get an understanding behind how the Bulgarian Bag really works, how to apply it for different goals and how to design effective programmes. This course will transform the way you think about training and will give you an insight into how the body adapts to Bulgarian Bag training.<br />
Not satisfied with giving you 50 great exercises and circuits, the IBBC level 1 Certification will show you how to implement these exercises into traditional programmes and complete Bulgarian Bag workouts. As an added special we will also introduce you to some of the Suples Training Equipment, this includes the HIRTS trainer, the gladiator wall and the battling ropes. You’ll be involved in some of the toughest, most challenging workouts around! This great experience is one not to be missed, so come to the IBBC certification and GET BAG FIT!</p>
