Boxercise is widely regarded as one of the most effective forms of cross training available today. A well-balanced discipline combining aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, it guarantees a diverse and challenging workout experience.
Boxercise also enhances sports-specific senses, such as hand-eye coordination, balance, timing, flexibility, agility, power, and speed.
On top of all that, it also functions as a first-rate stress buster.
Boxercise follows the methods employed by boxers to stay fit, whilst maximising safety across each body-toning technique.
This type of training has been designed to incorporate boxing-derived movements without any physical contact. It must be stressed that we are not teaching boxing with this programme, nor are we offering instruction in the art of self-defense.
Boxercise is a fitness session for every level of ability. Your instructor’s mission is to help you to set realistic, attainable goals that lead you to the specific degree of fitness you desire.All sessions are conducted by registered Boxercise Instructor Mark Bunce.
