Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga or classical yoga classes consist of relaxation, breathing exercises
(pranayama) and postures (asanas). The classes are suitable for beginners.

Taking a mid-day break from your hectic schedule by infusing relaxation and
movement will help to relieve tight muscles, aches, and pains. Relieve stress and
tension and bring strength, flexibility and focus back into your life.

Lunchtime yoga is an excellent way to recharge, refresh, unwind, relax and tone your
body after few hours of sitting behind the desk!

It is best to wear clothing that is loose and comfortable, for easy movement.

You should try to avoid eating (except for a light snack if you need it) for 2 hours
before a class.

Please bring your own mat.

The classes do take place on Tuesdays, during the lunch hour – from 1.10 to 1.55.
