Ladies Kettlebell Training

Ladies are you still looking for the one form of exercise that would not only increase your energy levels and improve your stamina, strength and flexibility, but also boost your metabolism, burn fat and is still FUN?

Kettlebells are easy to learn, versatile and provide perfect full body workouts that are suitable to women of all fitness levels and ages.

Kettlebell is a simple tool that brings many health benefits:

  • Classes will be taught by Mark Bunce for LADIES only with primary focus on achieving benefits in toning up and fat loss while having FUN.
  • In sessions we pay special attention on teaching and safely exercising proper form and technique to prevent injury while keeping it challenging to maximise results.
  • Kettlebells will be provided, all you need is comfortable training clothes
Each session lasts 50 minutes in total.
