DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We are pleased to offer a Click and Collect service for local customers who wish to avoid shipping charges. If you select this option at the payment stage of your purchase, you will be welcome to collect your order during our trading hours, After you have placed your order, please wait for confirmation email to inform you that items are now ready for collection, if you decide to arrive to the store before receiving confirmation email, there is a good chance your order will not be ready and you will need to come back another time.

Our delivery service is fast, reliable and competitively priced, so that you can receive your products in a timely fashion without paying more than necessary. Our delivery service is fast, reliable and competitively priced, so that you can receive your products in a timely fashion without paying more than necessary. Please pay special attention to your delivery details, including your phone number and Eircode so that we can ensure the best possible delivery service.
Please note following if you change your delivery address once the order is in transit, you may incur additional charges.
We will use your email address to send you courier notification, tracking numbers and expected ETA we kindly ask you to read each email as the information is for you and will speed up delivery service to you. Palltised freight, tracking can only be done internal, please contact.
Couriers normally contact you before delivery takes place we would encourage you to answear unknown calls around the time you are expecting delivery, if there is no answer, some driver may not attempt to deliver.
Most of our orders are dispatched and delivered in Ireland within 72 hours. International orders may take up to two weeks. Please be patients and allow this time before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived.
Couries will make two attempts to delivery your order. If unsuccessful, they will be returned to your local depot for collection. Most delivery attempts are made on weekdays between the hours of 9am and 6pm. If you require delivery outside of these times, further charges may apply.
DELIVERY COSTS
We try hard to keep our shipping charges to a minimum. All orders to be delivered in Ireland will cost a flat rate of €8.75per parcel up to 30kg. Due to the size of some orders, it may be necessary to split them into two parcels which will be charged accordingly.
Orders that need to be palletised will cost €67.50 per pallet. These pallets must not weigh more than 900kg and are delivered curbside only, Drivers will not unload consignment or take into you house for you
Destinations in Europe and the rest of the world will vary but are calculated at checkout.
If you choose Click and Collect, you will not have to pay for delivery.
