This 20kg Adjustable Weighted Vest features panels on the back and the front of the vest. Easily add additional weight or remove it with steel blocks. Each steel block weighs 1.1 kg. The front of the vest holds nine blocks, as does the back. Load weights at the top across your chest and abdomen on the front. Each pocket can hold one weight. Arrange weights across pockets to change weight distribution.
Our weighted vest delivers comfortable coverage with minimal bulk. Its uniquely contoured design withstands even the most rugged of workouts.
