The face has a dial for you to compare your height to weight to find out your BMI (body mass index)

Measurements are metric and up to 150cm.

Function:

1. Turn the middle plate according to the personal height and weight
2. Once the height turns to the different weight, BMI will show healthy, overweight, obese, underweight.
3. Use the tape to measure the waist:

This BMI Tape Measure will indicate if you are:

• Green – healthy
• Orange – overweight 
• Red – obese
