Work your way to the top with this Climbing Rope 1.5″ 8 meters, made of durable sisal material, An exercise purely based on upper body strength testing your ability to pull up your own body weight.

This Climbing Rope also features a metal hoop at one end which is secured to the rope through bolts for added safety and allows for attaching the rope by looping it over support and through the hoop. At the opposite end, there is a heavy-duty rubber stopper to prevents fraying.
