Our official fabric-style gym grips feature the same flexible, durable material as our quality wrist and knee supports. Double-stitching provides added durability and support.

Each grip features a 1-inch wrist strap with velcro closure that easily adjusts to fit your wrist. The official D8 fabric Gym Grips also feature the official D8 Fitness logo in black and blue.

Use these grips for any pushing, pulling or lifting exercise. They also help prevent against grip fatigue. As a result,  you stay focused on your workout and technique.

They are unisex. As a result, they fit both men and women. One size fits all. These hand grips are sold in pairs.

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?

Measure from your wrist to the base of your middle finger. Compare your measurement to the chart below. If you are in between sizes, you should go up to the next largest size. Please take care in choosing your size. You cannot return or exchange opened or used gym grips.

• Small: up to 10cm
• Medium: 10cm – 12cm
• Large: over 12cm

Please note: A small amount of cutting may be required to get the perfect fit. However, if you cut the grips, they are not returnable. We cannot accept returns on gym gloves once the finger holes have been cut.
