Our Men’s Elite Olympic Bar is intended for use by serious or competitive lifters. It’s constructed of high quality, hardened chrome and finished with a black oxide coating. Our weightlifting bar is designed for both quality and durability and is ideal for performing a variety of lifts, including Olympic lifts and static lifts like squats, benches and deadlifts.

The knurling is a defining feature of the Men’s Elite Olympic Bar. Like many bars, it features knurling in the grip areas. This provides lifters with maximum gripping qualities. It also helps prevent slipping during lifts. However, there is is no knurling in the center of the bar. This helps keep your neck from chafing during cleans but provides enough grip on the base of the neck for back squats.

Another key feature of our Olympic Weightlifting bar is the way it rotates. Specially-designed bearing bushings reduce vibration during rotation. As a result, the bar meets less resistance and spins easier when you rotate your hands.

Built to endure the wear and tear of intense training, the Elite Lifting bar is weight-tested up to 600kg. This makes it suitable for heavy use by elite trainers and for use in training facilities and by lifting clubs. This bar is also ideal for cross training and WOD training. The Elite lifting bar measures 7ft in length, 28mm in diameter and is for use with 2″ Olympic plates only.
