How do I get the correct size of JAW grips?
If you measure from your wrist to the base of your middle finger and then compare to the size chart below. If you are on the border of 2 sizes then opt for the larger size.

How do I fit my JAW Leather Grips?
If you attach the grips around the wrist and lay the out out over the fingers. The holes should be partially or fully sealed and a small amount of cutting is required to get the perfect fit. If you extend the hole upwards towards the top of the grip them it will give you a slightly larger fit and if you extend the finger holes down towards the wrist strap it will give a slightly smaller fit.
How do I get the correct size of finger sleeves?
Measure the circumference of the finger you are wanting to cover and select from the sizes available.

Can I return them if they are the wrong size?
We will happily exchange JAW grips for another size as long as the finger holes have not been cut and they are in a saleable condition
Are they an exact fit?
They do have a stretch component so will give a little after use.
How long can I expect my JAW grips to last?
If worn every day during every WOD they will have a lifespan of 4-5 months. If worn only for pull-ups, toes to bar or the like they will have a lifespan of 8-12 months. Although durable, they are delicate and will not last forever.
