The pro wire jump rope features a PVC-covered steel cable. It also features ergonomic no-slip grip handles and each handle prominently displays the cord length printed on the end. A new heavy duty yoke connection ensures the pro wire jump rope maintains a tangle free steel cord. As a result, the cord holds up to intense use while maintaining flexibility. An ABEC-3 ball bearing also provides for twist free action. Use this wire skipping rope as often or for as long as you like.
Shorten the length of the pro wire jump rope by removing the end caps on the handles. Then, simply slide down the retaining plastic stop. Next, cut the skipping rope cable to the required length. Use caution, though. Once the speed rope has been shortened, it cannot be elongated again.
