About the Universal Pull-up Training Bar
When you can’t go to the gym, bring the gym to you! Use this clever bar in lots of different ways to allow you to get a full body workout wherever you may be.
This lightweight bar can easily be assembled for floor use or fixed to the wall. You don’t need any bolts or screws, allowing you to install your bar in minutes. A basic user guide is included in your purchase. This also gives you the directions you need to put your Universal Training Bar together.
The bar is a strong, sturdy exercise companion, but care should be taken during use. When placing in a doorway, ensure the wall and doorframe are both safe and sturdy. The opening should be between 60cm and 90cm. The frame depth should be between 11cm and 16cm. The maximum weight it can bear is 100kg.
How to Use Your Bar
Place your Universal Training Bar just above your head in your doorframe and use it to perform pull ups, chin ups and supported crunches. Use at the bottom of the frame to aid you in your sit-ups and bridges. When on the floor, you can place the bar behind you to do tricep dips or decline push ups. You can also use it for incline push ups and planks.
