This particular model is perfect for performing weighted forward, backward and lateral sled drills, as well as both push and pull drills, which will quickly make it an integral tool in any training regimen. Featuring hooks and tubes rated at 1000kg, It supports any standard Olympic weight plate and is bolted together for easy assembly. The welded harness hooks at both ends and the bolted together model fits in any car. Ideal for both individual and team training at the secondary, collegiate or professional level.
This Sled comes with a free harness, but weight plates are sold separate. Please note that while this apparatus can be used on a variety of surfaces, including grass, artificial turf, or pavement. However, D8 Fitness is not not responsible for any damage or wear to the skis of the prowler when pushing on concrete or pavement.
