The Squat stand consists of a set of two independent free-standing squat stands with safety bars. which is adjustable to height to 181cm. Squat stands can be used for exercises such as squats, deadlift, bench and military press.

The spotters are also height adjustable and you can adjust their height from 61cm to 81cm in height by utilizing the handy pop-pin system.
