Our latex bands serve as the ideal companion for your regime. Use the Exercise Band Light for warm-ups, general fitness, stretching, Pilates, Yoga and more.

Stretchy resistance bands may be used to work on the whole body. Use them to perform lunges and squats for the lower body, bicep curls and lateral raises for the upper body or basic rotational exercises and crunches to improve core strength.

WHY CHOOSE THE RESISTANCE BANDS?

What makes these bands better than others? To begin with, they have been manufactured to a high standard and from premium quality latex. Consequently, exercise bands are both versatile and easy-to-use.

Second, in importance is its size. Exercise Band Medium strength measures 13cm wide and comes in a sizeable 46m roll. Cut down as required or desired. We usually recommend 1.2m to 1.5m. Because of its size, this larger roll is suitable for commercial use.

Finally, the bands are available in five colour-coded resistance strengths:

• Light (Yellow)
• Medium (Red)
• Heavy (Green)
• X-Heavy (Blue)
• XX-Heavy (Black)
• XX-Firm (Silver)

More specifically, each different coloured band has a graded amount of resistance. Equally, this is also an indicator of its elasticity. As a result, they are the ideal tool for progressive resistance exercises. They allow you to gently work through your regime while selecting the appropriate level as you go.

Comparatively, our bands are longer lasting and more flexible than many others on the market. As a result, they are easy to tie, knot or loop for specific exercise requirements.
