Yes. We are a legitimate business registered and based in Ireland, with a current Tax Clearance Certificate on file that can be produced upon request. The published price of all goods sold on our site includes VAT. We will provide a VAT receipt upon request.

Yes, you may collect your items in person. Simply select “Collection” during the online ordering process to avoid being charged shipping fees. After placing your order, please wait until you receive our confirmation email (Your order has been completed and is now ready for collection) before arriving at the store.

We do our best to insure all orders are delivered within 48 hours of receiving payment, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. In some cases, more time may be required, but store staff will contact you to advise on estimated delivery time.
You may arrange a specified delivery time directly with the courier service, but this will incur an additional cost charged by the courier service.
